Odd that they don't offer anything on the menu. Walked in and was told they couldn't make anything on the menu and my only option was whatever they already had made which were only classic. So I went to Domino's instead. It was a Friday night at 8pm.
This place is always crowded. I don't blame them. Good affordable food in the bario, who wouldn't. It just seems like you have to look over your shoulder in this part of town.Overall, this place needs to get more organized and focus on production and start pumping these orders out..
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Little Caesar's pizza delivery service, specifically with manager Selena at 2205 W ROSECRANS GARDENA, CA. Store #3524.I placed an order for four pizzas through the Little Caesar's website for delivery. However, when the delivery driver arrived, they only brought one pizza. Considering the fact that I had paid $45 for the order, this was completely unacceptable.I immediately contacted the store to address the issue and spoke with manager Selena. To my surprise, she refused to take responsibility for the mistake and insisted that I contact DoorDash, despite the fact that I had ordered directly through the Little Caesar's website. This lack of accountability was disheartening, especially considering that we had chosen delivery for a reason and paid the appropriate fees.Moreover, Selena's response was rude and unprofessional. When I requested a refund for the missing pizzas, she flat out denied the request, suggesting that I should instead pick up the pizzas ourselves. However, the whole purpose of opting for delivery was convenience, which was clearly not delivered in this case.What troubled me further was Selena's reluctance to provide any email or contact information for her district manager, Karina. It seems she had no intention of escalating the matter and resolving this issue in a satisfactory manner.This experience has left me greatly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided by Little Caesar's and the behavior demonstrated by manager Selena. As a loyal customer, I expected better customer service and a more professional approach to resolving issues.I hope that Little Caesar's takes this feedback seriously and addresses the concerns raised. Customers should not have to endure such poor service and unhelpful attitudes from management.
Standard Little Ceasers, you get what you pay for and the food is what you expect. It's not bad at all, infact I really like Little Ceasers but you should call in advance when ordering. If you don't order in advance be prepared to wait as they have limited staffParking: It's located next to a couple small stores and a farmers market, generally a quiet area so parking is plentifulKid-friendliness: There's usually nobody in the area and no nearby business that wouldn't be kid-friendly
