El personal es muy atento y amable. El ambiente es excelente.
The hotel is typical of paradors- spacious and full of old world charm. Basement parking is ridiculously expensive. Breakfasts are good. Use the coffee machine rather than from the kitchen. We were a little disappointed with dinner. Service was good but the food wasn't hot enough. We also waited 20min for set ice in the bar on one night when the usual barman was off. So very good in parts!
In front of the tower and next to the cathedral, the Parador is beautifully located. The interior is impressive and bright. Small bar and a few tables on the terrace made for a nice place for pre-dinner drinks.
Service here was very good even though we were a bunch of english tourists with no Spanish. The food was very good.
