Hummingbird Pub - Galiano Island

The bus ride is a must do if you find yourself anchored in Montague HarborTommy the bus driver was very funny and the ride was a hoot.

I like this place, I really doIt's just that the service is slow, and the food quality has really slipped.

It was a really nice afternoon after a long walk down to the ferry. We caught a ride up to the pub, however, it does have a service up to Montigue Harbour and the provincial park. We enjoyed the service and a large array ales. The bus was a hoot leaving back to the marina, not to be missed!

So went there for Dinner with my wife and kids. Waiter tossed menus on the table without saying a word then left. When he finally came back he said that the restaurant had filled up and it would be at least an hour for food. He seemed more annoyed that we were there. We started ordering and he told us that the first choice was out. We were excited to try this restaurant but didn't get the chance. We will not give them a second chance.

We ate here twice recently, lunch and dinner. Very friendly staff. We had local beers, a delicious halibut salad and grilled halibut and chips. Everything was very tasty and reasonably priced.
