Kimberly and Jen by Simply Desserts made an incredible job on my wedding cake and dessert table for my wedding on 23. January. Yep, we got married in the middle of Winter Storm Jonas, who threw several feet of snow on the Washington DC area. But simply desserts scrambled to prep all my desserts early and to make sure that we are able to fail on their delicacies without failing! My cake turned out absolutely beautiful, I was very specific in the type of design I wanted, as well as wanted special Harry Potter touches, and delivered them on every front. It was a small three tied almond cake with caramel cream cheese filling and smooth creamy butter cream freezing on the top. It was decorated with Goldfondant Konfetti on top two tears and butter cream rosettes on the bottom, with a Golden Snitch on the bottom layer as well! As I imagined, and so beautifully executed. My guests could not stop complicating the taste of the cake, as well as the cake itself was moist, but tender, sweet, but not TOO sweet, and just so pleasant. I also ordered cake-pops, mini cheesecakes and panna-cottas from Simply Desserts for the dessert bar, and they were all delicious! Their cakes are huge (and they decorate some of them with chocolate wings for more Golden Snitches! , the mini cheesecakes are so delicious, and the Panna Cottas were delicious and beautifully presented. The tasting was also a really enjoyable experience that enabled us to mix and combine aromas of cakes and fillings until we came together with the perfect combination. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and would recommend it to any bride (or for any special occasion!

Simply Desserts did our wedding cake almost two years ago, which turned out to be perfect. Kim Jen helped us through everything so we had no worries. For us there is no other bakery that we will make for our future events. I was recently asked to recommend a good wedding cake shop, and it wasn't a brain, just desserts.

The Tres Leches Cupcakes are supposed to die, my husband says, the chocolate-whoopie-pie is the best he ever had, and my girls swore over the cinnamon roll cupcakes! We will be more back than our waist lines should carry!

We just used desserts to make a cake for the 40. To make my wife's birthday party. they were great through the whole process of design to delivery, and the cake did not only look amazing it tasted delicious. It was a big hit. Thank you.

Thank you for having vegan cupcakes! Truly appreciated! Saved our lunch outing with our restless toddler. We got the cookies n cream, and the orange cupcakes. Both were delicious, with a great consistency. Also stopped in there yesterday to just buy water and the girl who helped me was super friendly! Overall a very nice place!
