Salsa was okay, very tomato-ey. Carne asada was thin, fatty and cooked well done when I requested medium. Rice was mushy and beans were not seasoned. Everything was ice cold. This place is too expensive to serve mediocre food. Definitely not authentic Mexican. I spent almost $60 for 2 meals and cheese dip. I think the new management and all logistics of this restaurant should be rethought by the owners. Very disappointed and a waste of money.
My friends and I went to grab a quick bite before a concert and decided to try this restaurant, which we found on Google since it was close to the venue. The food was just okay, I would give it a 5 out of 10, but the service was pretty poor, maybe a 3 out of 10. My sandwich buns were really hard and tasted stale, it seemed like they just threw it in the microwave to try to soften it up but it didn't work. The tacos were not much better, they were basically just meat covered in BBQ sauce. Overall, I was not impressed with my meal and felt like it was a waste of money. Next time, I'll probably just stick with the food vendors at the concert, even though they are also low quality and overpriced, it might be a better choice than eating here.
The outdoor seating is lovely. The specialty tacos and desserts are delicious. I would recommend skipping the Caesar salad.
Great food and service. Nice bar selection. Only complaint is it gets loud when full.
The food is good but pricey. We had two drinks, chips and queso and one appetizer and our check was $60. Will probably choose a cheaper option next time.
