Byblos - Gainesville

We made a great pit stop on our way to Shenandoah. The food was delicious and packed with flavor. While it was a bit pricey for the portion size, the staff was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

The food at this restaurant was okay, but the service was excellent. If you enjoy Mediterranean/Lebanese cuisine, it's worth trying out at least once. The atmosphere wasn't too crowded and they also serve drinks.

Great restaurant. The service was quick and friendly. We had the tabouleh salad, baba ganouj, chicken schawarma platter and moujadarah. Everything tasted great. The tabouleh tasted light fresh and acidic. The baba ganouj was nice and smoky. The chicken schawarma was seasoned well. We never had moujadarah before but it's a great vegetarian dish. The rice and lentil are a great earthy base with the fried onions adding a smokiness and the salad adding some freshness and acidity.

Byblos was a wonderful experience. They served us family style with dish after dish of exceptional food. The staff and owner were fantastic. Highly recommend!

It's a labanes restaurant, well decorated and very clean and well maintained place. Tables are well decorated and serving plates and bowls are good designed. If you only want bekhlawa its available for carry out. We enjoyed the food as it was very delicious, hot ,well prepared and fresh. I took 2 stars out because of service, we went at 8:25 pm and she had to ask the kitchen if they can accommodate us as they close at 9pm. Server was on her phone all the time and we had
