One of our favorite restaurants! The food is simply fantastic every time, the host house and the beer garden super original and cosy and the staff as well as the family that is on site every day, incredibly warm and accommodating. The hotel is also recommended. The rooms are very clean, equipped with great products of a natural cosmetic company and the breakfast is very delicious. We have been happy for years!

Four weeks ago a beautiful Day Spa day experienced with 35 minutes massage and dinner, 1. rating 5 stars. Last weekend, I was unfriendlyly addressed by the employee that she could not massage her back and a little longer like the employee. This is not comprehensible, as individual services are promised according to customer requirements in the booking. It is also illogical that one employee can implement this in 35 minutes and the other cannot. The latter ruled me annoyed: What is this for an understanding of a holistic massage, and you want to be massaged in the tone? I don't. I would have expected a discount (the Day Spa costs at least 150 euros per person, you have to book an application and a dinner with). Unfortunately, the boss also missed the feeling of fineness, which confronted me during dinner at the full restaurant with a justifiable discussion about my complaint.
