Pizza Hut - Gadsden

Unfortunately they we understaffed and kept telling us they would be with us as soon as they could, we wanted for 25 minutes never got a menu no drinks nothing so we left and wished the group that just sat down good luck on getting served. So someone else got our business that day. Which is a shame because I really do enjoy pizza hut

Ordered our pizza,waited 45 minutes. It seems the to go orders we're more important than the inside customers,our waitress was very nice and apologetic for the long wait. It's been a year or so since we dined here and I see why we never returned. Pizza was blanned. Not a returning customer.

We had to wait over 2 hours for delivery when online ordering said 25-30 minutes. When I called the first time to track my order I was put on hold for 10 minutes, I had to call back and then it was rudely explained to me that they where under staffed in the store and only had one driver that night, that I should never go by what online said, but when I got my food delivered call back IF I thought I needed compensation. When my food finally arrived I called the store and was told that they where going to credit me $5 off my next order, I explained to them they would have to do more and then a manager got on the phone and with attitude told me if I wanted any money returned she would send the driver back to my house so he could pick up my food. It wasn't untill I had to say I was going to get corporate involved before she offered me compensation. Very rude employees and cold pizza. Terrible!!

Ordered twice during the trip by Gadsden stay on the Fairfield of Marriot and from the order for delivery everything was perfect! Thanks to Alicia, who was extra thorough to make sure everything was done right and we even had plates, cups and utensils. Very professional compared to other places that do not even supply hot pizza as you order it!

I have to say that the last two times we were there for lunch buffet, it wasn't good. The food was okay, but they couldn't keep pizzas at the buffet. It doesn't matter to wait a few minutes, but once you put on the buffet it's gone. There were some hungry people in there who upload their plates and don't leave for the rest of us, but maybe they need to make pizzas a bit faster. I wouldn't give the quality of today's pizza so well. I always loved eating here, but not anymore.
