Arby's - Gadsden

I went through the drive-thru, and the service was excellent. My food was fresh, hot, and prepared quickly—exactly what I ordered.

The Arby's looked clean, and the staff were friendly. The food tasted okay, but the portions seemed smaller than expected, with the fry containers being only half full. Additionally, the prices felt quite high for what you get. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Great staff and incredibly fresh food! It was absolutely delicious—definitely better than any Arby's I've had before.

The Prime Rib Cheesesteak is delicious, as are the Curly Fries. This Arby's has Coke Zero; all places should have Coke Zero. For my visit today, clean store, well -stocked service items, and friendly staff. Large dining area with diverse table arrangements.

Why would I get a used napkin in my bag??? One of the employees had also written on it. I don't care to have a napkin laying on my food that has a note written on it and has been touched and messed with. Not very sanitary. Maybe the health dept needs to becalled. Oh and the napkin has someone's name on it.
