Beautiful sushi we ordered vegetarian set and specified vegan. Reasonable and beautifully made.

Good location, nice and quiet. Staff understood what vegetarian/ vegan was and asked questions when I was ordering. Yum!

Avoided the Mount Fuji ascent and instead visited this wee town on the edge of the five lakes ; Boat tour and cable car to the top of the hill are basically the main attractions. This place offers a very tasty set of vegetable sushi in combination with other small dishes. Tell them what you want to eat and which ingredients you want to avoid so they do not use fish or egg. The staff and the chef are helpful and speak English. This place opened in March 2019.

Nice location just across the road from Kawaguchiko station with multiple vegan options. They sometimes have vegetable stock so can prepare soups for you or can suggest alternatives for the set menus.
