But instead of asking for it again or something, the manager screamed at us “It’s super easy!!! Just give us the code!!!” and we kindly tried to give it to him and he cursed under his breath and kept repeating how easy it was ?? We tried giving it to him three times. I can’t even make this up, I literally have a recording. Just insane.
I got a junior whopper, chicken fries, and French fries. All were good! Nancy was so sweet both while taking my order and at the pick up window. Order was perfect and everything was hot. Thank you Nancy for your kind service!
I ordered 2whopper jr duos the nut job that worked in there on Mar 31 at 830 pm called me a liar there where 4 people in the car that heard me say 2whopper jr duos and he repeated it to me then he only gave me 1 I would not go to this Burger King on rt9 and shank Rd freehold NJ they really have no idea of what they are doing they just do whatever they want and call customers liars
My experience was poor from start to finish. I went through the drive through and was rushed by the cashier (or manager i'm not sure of his position) I didn't take longer than 2-3 minutes to place my order and there was no one else waiting behind me. When I checked to make sure I had my total order I was missing nuggets. He told me that wasn't part of my order I had to pay for it. I obliged but had to ask for my receipt. On my original receipt it showed I already paid for this item (so double charged) that I was charged for a large fry when I received a medium. I went inside to rectify this but was ignored by each employee. There wasn't anyone ordering inside but I remained patient. I wasn't acknowledged until a few customers came inside (almost 10 minutes had gone by). I reviewed the receipt with the older man who took my order originally and he fixed my fry order but rolled his eyes when I mentioned the error with the nuggets. He took my receipt and crumpled it up in front of me. He then gave me the correct cash refund for my card payment. I asked if he could reprint the receipt since he threw it out but was met with an attitude and went back to ignoring me.
Avoid. My order was entirely wrong and the employee named Segundo couldn 't have been more rude. Even after he reluctantly fixed it, it was still wrong. He didnt care, he just wanted us gone. The restaurant also looks very dirty and has an unkempt exterior. I should never have stopped there and wasted my money. With so many options up and down Rt 9, I don 't recommend anyone go here.
