Panera Bread - Freehold

Excellent service. Food quality top knotch. Crystal the manager made sure staff kept lobby clean. Silverware wasn't spotty . Omg that soup . Butternut squash deeelicuous. Yuuumers. Love all yall. That's what hospitality. Quality service and Clean .

Food was excellent, customer service was above and beyond. I had order the wrong salad and had left the store for about 10 minutes. After notice I came back and explain my situation to the cashier. He stopped and went and made the salad for me right then and there. His name was Zack and the team there do a excellent job. I will gladly come back and continue to!

This Panera is always clean and the staff is nice. The only suggestion I have would be to put the tea bags out near the hot water. I like two different tea bags in my tea and I hate having to ask for both.

I just wish they make one place to pick up. Right now when you order drinks and food, drink cups are in the rapid pickup while food is by the kitchen counter. Very confusing and the app and kiosks call those pickup area different...

You pick 2, can't go wrong. Picked up food to go as I was out running errands. A light lunch is always a great move when you're in the go. Panera's didn't disappoint. However, only four stars because the pick up counter could have been more friendly.
