I went to the Fredericksburg VA store at 1903 Plank Rd. Brought home a 3-piece meal with cajun rice. After heating up and putting a second bite of cajun rice in my mouth, something did not feel right. I pulled out a part of a Brillo/Scotch Brite scouring pad. I feel the fibers on my tongue and the roof of my mouth. I have been belching for the last hour. #so_very_grossed_out.

Horrible experience, Guy making my food had his hands in his pants. I asked for new food from the manager and he denied my request. The guy justified his actions by saying that he didn’t directly touch my food. I immediately asked for a refund. The Manager and the employee should be trained on how to properly handle food and sanitation standards when handling food.

Ordered for in store pickup via the app. Got there and the dining room is closed. There 's a huge line for the drive through. Have to fight with corporate for a refund as I 'm not waiting 30 mins in the drive through for fast food .

Called Corp office Monday with a complaint about store on plank Rd. Man told me I would get a call from mgr 3 to 5 days. Well 6 days later no call. That tells me they dont care. The bright side is I live close to a kfc who will be getting my business and anyone else I know that eats at Popeyes!!!!
