Hooters - Fredericksburg

Great Hooters. Most of the waitresses are awesome. Of course with any place you will have some bad apples. Mike is a great manager. Every time I have been there he has come by to see how things are going and usually does this more than once. There is another manager who is there some times that is more invested in the people drinking at the bar. I have seen the second manager go around to tables but he does not go to every table as Mike does. I have been to many Hooters. This location has felt more like home than any other Hooters I have been to. Like most restaurants they do seem to have their moments but my experience has always been a good one. I have become a regular at this location because of work and most of the staff treats me as if they have known me for years. My favorite servers here are Courtney and Allison. I usually do not speak much when I go somewhere to eat but you can’t help but carry on a conversation with those two. They are both very upbeat and will do their best to make sure you are taken care of. My worst experience at this location is dealing with a waitress. As she was cleaning a table, one of the other waitresses informed her she was using the wrong cleaner. As the other waitress walked off, the one cleaning said “they both clean the table. I don’t really care”. I can say I will eat somewhere else if she is the only server available. Overall I love going to this location.

1st time visiting this Hooters! We were in town for a baseball tournament along with it being my sons 13th Birthday! Our server was Alyson(Allie)! She created a very fun atmosphere for our large party delivered top notch service! Great personality made our dining experience the best!

Warm exciting enjoyable atmosphere. Every single server that came to me were so friends and cheerful. My visit ended with a exciting birthday song for my birthday. I believe I will visit your place more.

My server Ally couldn 't have been nicer. Not that 'fake ' nice either! The manger checked on us several times during our visit and even had a conversation with my husband about the smoked wings. We had them twice at another location, but what we got here was WAY better!

Excellent service by not only the waitress, but the manager as well. We ordered the Tex Mex Nachos (which is a HUGE serving for an appetizer) and a 20 count of boneless wings. The food was awesome and well priced for the portion size! Like the fact that they card everyone for alcohol. When I ordered my glass of Wine, I didn't realize that I left my wallet back in the Hotel room, as my husband had his with him. The manager came over and explained why they do that, and I naturally understood and was about to order something else, no big deal, however the Manager went above and beyond and gave me my glass of wine! The restaurant was very clean on top of everything! We will be going back!!
