West Point Crab House - Frederick

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The crabs are steamed and seasoned to perfection, cooked fresh for each order. Unlike other places that pre-cook and let their crabs sit, resulting in overcooked and disappointing meals, here you get the real deal. The seasoning blend is simply incredible. While pre-ordering is an option, they never seem frustrated or put out if you don’t. It's locally and family owned, and you can really see their pride in what they do.

The service was exceptional, and the crabs were cooked to perfection. The woman at the counter displayed outstanding interpersonal skills and had a great knowledge of her products. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to others.

Ordered half a bushel of mixed sizes. They were amazing. Between 3 girls there were no crabs left. Order was ready on time and out the door I went.

The best crabs in Frederick! Also, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Pricey, but worth it for quality crabs. Be sure to ask about the specials! They are not always advertised online or over the phone, but there are some good finds like pit beef, sweet potato fries, and even funnel cake!
