The first time we came here it was amazing, don’t know what happened after that but the second time was sub par at best. Terrible service and mediocre food. Our server did not refill my drink once nor did she ever bother to check in. Not only that but she forgot to put in an appetizer we ordered and said that she’ll order it to go with no charge, well she never brought that out either. The food was meh. The pho wasn’t hot, it was less than warm like we took it home and didn’t microwave to eat it, the fried rice was super soggy, the rolls were good but not $7 good. As much as I wanted to love this place and come back again, they are just super understaffed with unskilled servers and wait time is minimum 35 minutes even with the restaurant half not seated because they don’t have enough servers. Matt was our server. He was very helpful with our difficult dietary restrictions. He was very patient in answering all our questions, checking ingredients, and giving recommendations. Everything was delicious. The chef special vermicelli coconut noodle and the red curry were fantastic 10/10 experience! If you order drinks for delivery then you won't get them. Only received 1 drink in my last 5 orders. I just ordered their beef with broccoli and the meat was very fatty, cheap, and poorly sliced. It was like cubed beef rather than thinly sliced beef, and was hard to chew. Quality continues to decline here for no discernible reason. This food is overpriced for the quality.
