China Garden Chinese - Frederick

Why this place always wins the Frederick Magazine's award for best Chinese food boggles my mind. Their sushi is only ok and their food is terrible. I've given the place 4 chances to be good and they failed every time. Go anywhere else, I'm not joking there are at least 3 better places within 5 minutes drive. This place is not worth it.

I have visited China Garden on many occasions and I am always pleased with the food. This restaurant is a sure bet for good Chinese dining.

Having eaten at the China Garden many times, I have enjoyed each and every visit. Their portions are generous and deliciously prepared. The sushi is fresh and quite varied in selection, also. I recommend the hot and sour soup (not too spicy), and I think this restaurant serves the BEST Chinese food in Frederick.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. Mr. A. was quite rude to us and actually hung up the phone while we were placing a takeout order. I’m not sure how China Garden continues to receive awards, but I would personally give them an award for poor customer service.

It's not often that you dine at a Chinese restaurant and find yourself wishing for more vegetables in your meal. The portions here are very generous, and the food is among the best you'll ever taste. I highly recommend making a stop here for a satisfying Chinese meal that will leave you feeling full for hours.
