The food was phenomenal, especially the desserts, and the presentations were top-notch. I would rate the food, service, atmosphere, and location all a perfect 5 out of 5.

This restaurant offers a modern twist on traditional dishes. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is top-notch. I highly recommend trying the Seared Tuna Salad. The price per person for lunch is over R 500.

This restaurant is fantastic and definitely worth a visit. The staff and owner are very friendly. The location in the center of Franschhoek is ideal. Despite being on the main road, it is quiet at night. The breakfast is exceptional and the overall ambiance and style of the accommodation are beautiful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Shocking servicecomplained to the owner who was there, but never even checked on us (there were only 3 tables eating) and seems to be in denial about the service levels. Won’t be returning

Some of the worst service I have ever received. We came in to crab lunch had no drinks and were there for 2 hours waiting on the food. When I spoke to the manager/owner he didn’t not care 1 bit about the lack of service. The food wasn’t bad but the service ruined the meal. Will not be back highly recommend eating at one of the other restaurants in town
