3 girls on a girls weekend. We walked into the restaurant without a booking and were treated like royalty, the waiter was amazing, the manager was a star. What an amazing meal, every dish was delicious. Would highly recommend and will definetly go again.

In my 2 weeks in South Africa, this is hands down the best meal I’ve had. Flavorful, fresh and amazing service, I highly recommend it!

We had booked at another restaurant in Frranschoek for a birthday lunch. Two of us are Vegan. Their 'vegan option ' was Caprese salad without the mozzarella cheese!!! Your chef produced the most delicious three-course vegan meal at a moments notice. Definitely coming back.

I generally enjoy trying new places, but for the first time ever I felt compelled to go to the same restaurant twice. Tonight we had yet another amazing meal...Chef Darren makes homely, yet delicate, perfectly balanced flavours come together to give you just everything you could wish for on a plate. Accompanied by the warm inviting service from Jasper the team this is just my idea of dining perfection.

Food 5/5 Chef’s Journey menu was great. I won’t ruin the surprise. Just try it. Atmosphere 4/5 with normal lighting, but 5/5 during load shedding when it’s mostly candle light Service 6/5 Go before they get a Michelin Star! Meal type: Dinner
