Why am I waiting 30 minutes on an order that was called in? This place sucks
I stopped there today on my way to Houston. I get the lack of manpower lunch hour being the reason I waited almost 30 minutes for the meal but the gravy for the impressively large steak fingers was awful, like yesterday's, dark painfully obviously from a box of powder. Should have been white and creamy. Stop using yesterday's gravy adding who knows what to it to think it works. I gave 3 stars for the food for that reason, 4 for the 30 minute wait 5 for the great attitude the wait staff had.
Called in an order and it and took 28 minutes to get it. They just left it back there on counter never called a name. Won’t be back here for sure.
This is literally the WORST Dairy Queen I have ever been to. EVERY TIME I go there my order is messed up so tonight I asked the girl in the drive thru to please read my order back to me( bacon cheeseburger with no mustard sub mayo and kids burger with mayo and cheese only) due to them always messing it up she did and everything sounded right so great. Like always I had to go back up there to get my order fixed (no bacon or cheese on my burger and kids burger had ketchup) they hand me my “fixed” order I get out to the car to check it and it’s wrong again (this time there’s mustard on the burger no mayo same with kids burger) so I take it back inside and they “fix it” again I check it again and IT IS STILL WRONG . The manager stated the cooks can only see what’s on the ticket which is funny because the order was partially right the first time then the last 2 times completely wrong. How many complaints is it going to take on this place for things to either get better or frankston to realize we need other “fast food” options in town?!
