Taco Bell - Flint

The service was extremely slow, and the staff was unresponsive, with no one at the front counter to assist.

I had an excellent chicken power bowl! It was very satisfying and fits perfectly into my diet. There are plenty of options to customize your bowl, and the portion size is generous. Food: 5/5.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. I expected the food to be subpar since it's Taco Bell, but the service was even worse. I visited three different days, and on each occasion, my order was incorrect. The staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in their work. During my last visit, I ordered a simple Pepsi and one Soft Taco Supreme. Instead, I received a Pepsi Zero and a regular Taco Supreme. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they acted annoyed with me for their mistakes. Every visit was disappointing, with wrong orders and rude service.

I am very disappointed in what I saw in Flint, TX Taco Bell.. the drive through lines were a little long so I chose to park and walk in to order I was the only one there so I figured it would be fast but of course I new there was a line outside the drive through… then a guy walked in places his ordered and his order was double of mine.. they never made my order they made his instead of mine.. then I approach the manager and told him I wanted a refund he ask the guy where my order was he said he hadn’t made it yet!!!! ??????????

I would give it less stars if i could there speaker for the drive thru is so loud it hurts....teyed to order my food the manger was taking my order and she kept cutting me off they i would have to repeat my self 2 to 3 times food tasted bad the beans tasted like powder save your self the money and time
