Przekaż informację zwrotnąUnfortunately the quality of Roohi Biryani has fallen drastically. I used to eat and enjoy this biryani all the time. Was one of my favorites in NJ. But now they don’t care for their customers after the appreciation and fame received from customers. My biryani did not have any masala and or any chicken. This was the most bland portion of biryani I ever had at Roohi or any other place. It was mostly white rice which I could cook at my home. Plus they don’t want to serve onions or salan even in a tray of biryani. The quality here is deteriorating with no goal of serving a biryani. Would advise to visit some other place.
We ordered Biryani, Chicken 65, and Shrimp 65. The starters were enjoyable, but the portions were limited and didn't justify the price. The Biryani was disappointing; there wasn't enough masala flavor to complement the rice. Additionally, the sides provided with the Biryani were not appealing. Overall, I would rate the experience a 3 out of 5.
I picked up a family pack around 8:45 PM today, marking my second takeout order in the past six days. The lady at the counter was very kind and fulfilled my request for extra raita. However, I've noticed that the rice portion is disproportionately large compared to the chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken pieces I received were not of great quality and fell below my expectations. I realize this may sound harsh, but my intention is to encourage you to maintain the high standards you are known for. If you need to raise the price of the family pack from $28 to $35, go ahead—loyal customers will support you. However, if you continue to serve subpar chicken pieces while compensating with excessive rice, you risk losing your customer base over time.
5star rating for their goat haleem, I’ve been having haleem from this place for the last 2 years. I can say it’s the best haleem I have had here in USA. Goat haleem here costs $22 and it’s totally worth your money. Not sure if it’s available the whole year but I only had during Ramadan month.Recently tried their chicken 65 and loved it.Tried their spcl Chicken biryani, not so good.
