Mcdonald's - Franklin

Walked inside after hours of driving with my two year old. They won't let you sit down at any table. Because of covid but yet every other resteraunt in this little town you can.unfortunately they were all packed except thus place. Truly awful. Service was slow too.

I actually was given a free ice cream while my order was being fixed because it was made wrong for another customer so who doesn't like free ice cream

Literally every single time I’ve came to this location for over 2 years now, my order is always wrong and the food is always cold. Burgers are 9/10 times hard and cold. Same with the fries. Inedible. Don’t go to this location if you can manage.

The restaurant staff has no product knowledge. I said they didn't have coffees during the breakfast hours. after 5 to 8 minutes waiting the person said niemind we have aromen. the traffic line lasted 20 minutes from beginning to end. a terrible example of what should be fast eating. this place does not meet the McDonald standard.

The service needs improvement, but we managed to get 30 minutes after using the mobile app for ordering and payment for my food. the staff were helpful and friendly
