Starbucks - Frankfort

Was here a few times the first time that I had to wait a few minutes would have been faster by the drive thru the second time was a little better, but drive-through was not as busy as the first time I was here, so I think it is a matter of preference if you are in the door you are not important, but this is business, I would come back and I recommended that this store was always expensive at Starbuck’s little!

I love these starbucks even if I am with one that is closer, I will always go to this starbucks on LaGrange the people who work there are so spectacular and ingenious they have such beautiful personalities always kindly big smiles on their faces is a pleasure to come to this starbucks. I recommend if you are only over in the neighborhood and even if you are not, it is worth the trip you will not regret. Thank you for being a great and wonderful people.

This is a really decent starbucks, clean bathrooms, many seats and you can even keep small meetings here. I don't bury Starbuck's huge share of the coffee shop market. Small cafés jumped to Starbucks. I love coffee, I'm going to them all. I also give Starbuck's props for the provision of insurance and benefits for their employees.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was there at 7:30 am today (08/26/23) inside and the way the female manager spoke to the other employees was absolutely disgusting. She was very condescending and rude to not only the other employees but also myself when I asked for an item that was missing from my order. Service: 4
