Przekaż informację zwrotnąI am reasonable and consistent with almost food. this is the second time that I sat for over 30 minutes for a simple order. only three cars in the line and it takes so long? they gave me cold pommes tonight and no straws. this load in fountain needs new management. I'll never be here again.
Just went in to order because drive up had a line of cars. Orders a simple cheese burger with no ketchup and a baconator. Received our order about 25 minutes later.. got on the road fries were cold and soggy, cheese burger had ketchup and the Baconator had no bacon and the burger wasn't even cooked all the way. No ice in the ice machine. Had a couple in front of us and came back in with their order because it was not right. Also one other thing the language we heard is not acceptable. Heard the f word used a couple of time.
Stopped on my lunch break. Only had a few minutes to try to enjoy my food and it took 7min for them to come see me. They had 5 cars in drive thru and no reason to water all that's time
Two days in a row order was messed up. Day 1 ordered 3 of the #12, the honey spicy chicken with fried pickles. Get home there's no fried pickles. Day looks like someone threw up fried pickles on the sandwich. Do better! This is why no one wants to pay you more then 12 an hour cuz you can't even make a simple damn sandwich. I'd like a refund!
I have refrained from writing this review for over a year. These block heads are so incompetent that the last 10 times that I’ve ordered, they’ve gotten 9 of those 10 orders wrong! This past order was the last straw. I asked for “only ketchup” and these people got rid of the burger patty and LITERALLY only put ketchup in between the buns. Absolutely awful service and the workers here don’t know what they’re doing. Please order from a different Wendy’s.
