Qdoba Mexican Eats - Fountain

Customer service is horrible!!! Disgusting as soon as you walk through the door! I'm utterly disappointed with their service and their attitudes! They have disgusting HOTLINEs from which they serve the food and the tables are always dirty! As a fast food employee, you should take pride in your store and make sure everyone enjoys their experience when they enter your establishment! This was far from that! How can you even call yourself a business? Zero stars if I could! Please do better

We stopped at Qdoba after a lax tournament today. We didn't want another burger... we got a chicken queso burrito, and two steak burritos. The employees were obviously new and the manager was trying his best to keep everyone working and moving. It's easy to be impatient but they were doing their best in a time when businesses struggle to find employees. The food was good and most importantly to me, hot. I'll return to this store.

Sent my husband for burrito bowls at 9:30 the stores posted hours are until 10pm he shows up and they r closed at 9:40? A extremely rude employee says oh we are short staffed as he is watching 4 employees standing around . There is absolutely no food left on the line to sell and they decided to close early for the day ?! As a business owner I'm not sure why someone would allow a hourly employee to make a decision on when they want to close for the night . She was asked for a store manager card and the number given was the number for the store . I will be contacting the store and or corporate in the morning regarding the poor customer service and pure rude behavior displayed by there staff . IF YOUR OPEN UNTIL 10 why can I not walk in at 9:40 for food ?! Is there a option for not even giving one star because since there is no food available how am I suppose to rate my dinner ?!

2:30 on a Monday afternoon, 5 guest in the building and 7 employees behind the counter grated one of them clearly prep guy. (Which I should also mention his shirt looked like it hadn’t been washed in a couple of days. Really that’s how clean out your uniforms are when you’re preparing our food?)Don’t even know where to begin. I’m a big fan of Qdoba and it’s very disappointing to find one by your house and it not be up to any qdoba standards.Walked in hoping to sit in and grab a bite before work but unfortunately every single table in the restaurant was dirty. You would think when there’s that many employees one of them could help clean of a table especially after mention we were wanting to eat there. Walking up to order no one was quick to say a word and once they did help you it was very clear they didn’t wanna be there, no personality, the food line was a mess. Everyone just standing around expect for the two employees that gave enough effort to put something together. What appeared to be the manger was just standing behind everyone walking back in forth, when she very well should of been helping her staff get ready for the dinner shift. Even concerned sitting out on the patio since no one cared to clean the dinning area but I quickly noticed the patio lights hanging on the ground with broken glass.Sad it could be a great spot to come in and eat on a regular but the store is very poorly maintained and clearly lacking leadership. The only reason I gave them two starts, is because the food was actually decent.

Disgusting!! The manager should be ashamed! 3 high school kids working and didn't really care! Manager was on the phone. We were there at 8 pm. The food prep area was horribly messy(see pics). Trash was overflowing! We are big fans of Qdoba, but this location was awful!
