Pepper's - Fortuna

I've always had a wonderful dining experience there, but the delivery was just as impressive. Thank you, Peppers, for consistently providing high-quality food with generous portions and attention to detail. I also recently had them cater a dinner at work, and the owner was incredibly kind and generous to the seniors—just a little side note! Their service is excellent, and they truly make the best omelettes. Apologies for the not-so-great photo; I took it after I'd already eaten!

Our food appeared stale. The chicken strips were dark and dry, as if they had been fried long ago in dirty oil. The fries were cold, lacking both crispiness and seasoning. The vegetables on the burger were soggy and wilted, as was the bun. We ended up throwing away most of our meal.

The Chicken Marsala was disappointing; the chicken was dry and the baked potato was shriveled and overcooked. It must have just been an off night. However, the burger and shakes were excellent!

Did not get any ranch although two items were supposed to have ranch. Also, the carrot cake slice was atleast 3 times smaller than the chocolate. It was never like that before.

Denver Omelette was cooked perfectly just as requested. No brown on the omelette. Great portion for the price makes it worth it to go there instead of anywhere else for breakfast. Hash browns were cooked just right. Thanks for making this order perfect.
