Gills By The Bay - Eureka

Delicious!!! Best dining experience! Service had a warm welcoming and friendly feel to it. Attentive service, love the 50’s vibe! Will definitely be back next time we’re in town. We originally heard about this place having the best chowder and it did not disappoint keep in mind it is seafood chowder.

I've been working in Arcata and been coming here before heading into town. The view is amazing and the staff is great as well. I've been getting different dishes everytime and been amazing everytime. Highly recommended for anybody passing by.

Good food but can't say the same for service, had to call over twice so we can place out order yet there were people that arrived after us who were able to place there order before us. The food itself was good and reasonably priced, therefore the rating.

Ordered shrimp cocktail, oyster shooter and 2 crab sandwiches (a hot cold). Everything was fantastic! I still don't know what crab sandwich I enjoyed more, both were good in their own way. Everything tasted fresh and very well prepared. The views outside were very appreciated. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Cute little place on the bay. Hot, fresh fish cooked perfectly! My husband enjoyed the shrimp sandwich and onion rings. Excellent, friendly service! They were about to close but still served us. We had a great experience with beautiful views of the bay.
