Cook Out - Fortt Mill

I’m currently waiting on a refund. Issue: Order was wrong so took it inside. One of the workers took the cheese bits from my box, threw them back in the fryer, I’m assuming to freshen them up for the next customer but I had touched them to move them over to see if the chicken nuggets were there. Regardless if I had touched them or not, they should not have went back in the fryer bc they went out the window, into a car and back inside. A little crazy and absolutely disgusting. Won’t be back for sure.

Ran thru the drive thru to grab a BLT and a large tea. You can't get a better BLT anywhere else for $1.99.Never had anything bad there.

I swear CookOut just does it right. Other fast food establishments can take some good notes from these guys. Good quick food and good customer service in a clean environment is all I need and they exceed my expectations consistently.

UPDATE they've gotten what seems like some responsible young adults working there. Which I for one are glad to see , food quality has improved greatly.. Thank you for the welcome change , keep up the good work ...
