The Sound Garden - Fortitude Valley

Large venue for big events. they can talk to an event coordinator who takes care of all arrangements. communication and professionalism is par excellence. the venue has live music and dj that keeps it entertaining. there are two flats so we could have our private event at mezzanine level in private environment despite the busy Friday night. even our own illuminated dance floor for private session. the staff is very helpful and was well advised to lead the event. we have all pre-ordered our meals and had tables for us at the arrival. there was a great selection of starters and some were tailored to our needs for the netzen. large selection of drinks served to choose from and one of the best cocktails and cocktails in jugs. total in all aspekten. the birthday girl very well made :

We went here with a group of 10 before going to a show next door, its in a good open location with plenty of seating. A 'No Doubt ' tribute band started about 6pm, which was way too loud, not great and so many people were leaving as you couldn 't talk to each other. We get this is a live music venue but starting out with something a bit easier that early when you are trying to eat would be good. We ordered pizza, it was missing ingredients to what was on the menu, was so sparce and the middle was a soggy mess that we had to fold it up to eat it. Overall didn 't make a great start to our night or leave a great impression on our interstate guests, we have been here before and never had that problem.

Really great night great eating and music and the venue is very cool. the staff are friendly but efficient for making drinks caused queues in the bar and flatters the staff who did not seem to know their drinks. if that were not the case, the whole venue of the feeling pubby would go to a professional dinner club

The location is great and the staff was fabulous. as everywhere, not enough personal to cope with demand. eating was ok and a little expensive for a pub style meal. a great place to go with a group of friends.

We went to soundgarden before a show in the fortitude, they took the food orders, each on our table got a separate table number, even tho, we said we were on the same table. the food took an hour to get out in dribs and drabs and as a result we missed the beginning of our show. we even had to eat our last meal. they said when we ordered, there would be a 40-minute waiting time, so we thought we were in order. I don't know if this is common for this place. that was nice to eat.
