Wingstop - Fort Worth

This is one of my favorite wing restaurants. I love their lemon pepper wings and fries, and the ranch dressing is fantastic.

Wow!! The restaurant was packed on TCU game night with mostly pickup orders. I placed my order through the app and only had to wait 5 minutes past my scheduled pick-up time.

This visit was so upset that I went out of my way to write my first criticism. I knew the national championship game was so expected today that it was busy, but not at the level I went. This place was so behind orders that they called the names of people who have already left because they wait too long. Bags stacked everywhere and a terrible waste water as smell made waiting unbearable. I asked the cashier limit for an update after half an hour and I watched how it moved my ticket from behind 3/4 of the line forward. It was painfully obvious that I was lied when I said that my order was not ready, and it would only take 15 more minutes. It was clear that I wanted to wait there for another hour up to half an hour. I know it was a really busy day, but that doesn't excuse how incompetent this place is when it comes to communication and organization. When it comes to a holiday or a big day of sports, it is better to drive somewhere else.

I ordered 3 ten pieces of combined meals. They didn't give me my drinks and a side of Fritten. I asked about the drinks that the guy ran jus out. I want my money back.
