I have the new Luke Burrito. My wife has chicken taco. The Burrito was great, which pleasantly suspected me. The taste was better than my expectations. The pig was tender, the Burrito was a challenging mess that is good for me. I liked a little more Luke presence. The Fuego salsa. The chick of the woman I also have to taste. It was quietly few customers when you thought about this place and just drove past, give him a shot next time. The taste is in food. We'll be back.
I grew up eating at this point, but in the last few years I was settled. The food itself is relatively good, but there is little to no organization. Once we ate in the restaurant, we waited almost 30 minutes for our food and saw other people emigrate and reclaim their money because it took so long. At this time, we have not complained, because obviously there were not enough staff, so that we could get rid of it and let it slip, they fought clearly to maintain it. The last couple of times we've done go through and the order was always wrong or missing something. The workers seem to be unorganized, and I feel like the administration is part of the problem. There is no one who has led or ordered so it is chaotic. I'm disappointed and maybe other places are better, I have to try them and hope this place will come together soon.
Woman and I are here for the first time. Food was typical fast service Mexican dishes, fresh and VERY well prepared. Woman really liked the Churros together with the fact that they seem to be a regular menu item. A clear notch over most other places with Taco... in their name. Prices a bit higher that they also ran, but worth it.
Staff is friendly, but boy are they unorganized. i ordered online and I got a text saying my order was ready. came to the front to ask for my order to find out it wasn?t made. Lady quickly made half of my order and called it done lol because she was rushing through looking and making the order. I overheard from another worker that my order was already made and they just made it twice. The lack of organization and professionalism is astronomical, there is no leadership present and no one taking orders at the front so there other customers peeved with the service too. What a shame.
I placed my order online. It was ready when I got there. There was a couple in line and the area where my order should have been was empty. I could see my order but there was no one at the registers to help. Finally after about 4 minutes a man comes to wait on the couple. They were obviously not in any hurry, the register didn't have enough change so they had to go get change then the woman wanted to place a separate order all while I'm waiting. Than a lady employee comes from the back and locks the door. After the lady places her order the man at the cash register leaves the register to go lock the other door. Finally I get to tell him that I had an online order, he begins explaining to the couple behind me that just walked in that they are closing because he had been there since 4 in the morning and he only had 3 employees because no one showed up, but he would take their order. Finally Finally I get to tell him I had an online order, he points to the order( the only order for online and wasn't in the online order area) he's looking at me like I'm supposed to know that was my order than asks me it's one item right?? At this point I just say yes and leave. Thank goodness it was the right stuff. What should have taken all of about maybe 5 minutes took at least 15. I'm sorry your employees didn't show up but if you would put the online orders in the pickup area I could have picked it up and never had to wait.
