Sushi Nomi - Fort Worth

The food is excellent . The waitress however was so incredibly rude I refused to tip her . The horrible human refused to wait on me for no reason . I had to sit at the bar . The people at the sushi bar waited on me . When it came time to pay I asked if the tip was going to them , they said no . The tip would go to the waitress . I used to wait tables and I NEVER treated anyone like that . She treated everyone with respect but me ! No wonder your restaurant is dead on a Friday night ! You've got some idiot refusing to serve customers for no reason ! Get a better waitress and if someone sits at the bar let them exclude her from the tip !

Food was descent. Sat at the Sushi bar. Service was average. Surprised to be served on a paper plate.

This is our FAVORITE sushi place, however tonight I ordered online and apparently the restaurant did not even know there was an option to order takeout online…therefore the order I placed containers some options they no longer had. It took a full hour from the time my daughter arrived to pick up the order (when I should have been ready) to get the order ready. My daughter was told to tell me we should “always call in” our order but when I tried to call to check in the order, no one answers, and I got a message that said the mailbox is full. Very disappointing. I only hope the food is good when we finally get to eat.

The food itself was good quality, tasty, and fairly priced. Our issue was that we arrived at 6pm, and weren't didn't receive the last part of our order until about 7:45 in a not exceptionally busy restaurant. i hate to be critical, as I'm sure someone may read this and not want to try it, but several steps were goofed up on our order.The server failed to submit our fried rice order for our kids until about 20 minutes after the order was taken, as he forgot that was a kitchen and not a sushi bar item. Then he either failed to put in, or gave our order away for my wife's choice of the tempura shrimp udon bowl, as that was the last piece of the order, dropped at the table close to two hours after our arrival. The main sushi chef was very apologetic about the wait, which I could appreciate, but no offer was made to comp any part of the meal, which would have helped to avoid the negative review. It's not that we'd never return, as the food was very good, I just hate that the overall experience was so negative. I hope others have a better result than we did in the aspect of time it takes to receive their orders.
