Everytime I come here is full of people, no where to sit, and additionally the guy who took my order didn't even bother to ask if my order was to eat there or to go, so he automatically gave me the order to go which isn't what I wanted. Ridiculous place, ridiculous prices, ridiculous service. But because it is trendy, they can get away with overcharging for their stupid small portions of food.
Summer Moon is a staple I'm my rotation of coffee spots in the DFW metroplex. They are always busy, so the atmosphere is a bustling hub of people connecting, which is a great vibe.Their coffee never disappoints either, because I am a superfan of their Moon Milk. The staff is always friendly and quick to take amazing care of you.A across the board!
I love the coffee and there, I ordered the raspberry tea lemonade, and iced mocha with almond milk. The interior is absolutely stunning and open. I just don’t recommend sitting outside because a lot of people walk by and interrupt your conversation to ask for money. And a lot of people where yelling at themselves. So if you go here just enjoy your coffee indoors.
Absolutely LOVE summer moon. Favorite coffee place to go, but this location in particular has been my least favorite experience. Every time I go into this location, the staff is very rude. There’s always a long wait (which is to be expected because of how popular Summer Moon is! but they will be using their phones WHILE making a coffee.I used a gift card for my purchase and felt super rushed and didn’t get offered a receipt or to even look at how much I had left on my gift card. As soon as the purchase went through, the employee walked away. So left no room for questions or a thank you.You can definitely feel the tension in this location versus the Matisse location off 7th. It’s a night and day difference in experience when going to the Matisse location. LOVE the staff there and my experience never exceeds 3 minutes because of how efficient they are. And even those 3 minutes start my day off well! The staffing at this location is so welcoming and kind to everyone that walks in! Gives first time or 100th time, customer the proper experience and attentiveness. Hoping this improves because this is one of Fort Worth’s favorite coffee spots!
Love all of the options that they have for gluten free treats! And the coffee is amazing. They even had toys for the kids to play with when they were done eating but the adults were still chatting. It was the perfect Mother’s Day breakfast date and a place I hope to enjoy more with my family.
