Smoothie King - Fort Worth

This place is neglected and dirty. There are leaks and obvious areas that have not been cleaned since the opening of the place. Must be an absent owner. The quality of the shop does not fit the neighborhood. I went in today and they blasphemed religious music. Definitely strange to play religious music, but especially on this band. I couldn't even take a call in the store.

The cashier was a little aggressive for our first visit to Smoothie King, but after a while she was friendly and the smoothie was really good. I'll be back. Good offers on the app. We have two 20 ounces of smoothies for $9

Through the ride through and ordered the free upsize daily drink. After paying with my card, they have instructed me for a purchase, get a free drink and it was 10.26. I told them I didn't order two drinks and they accused me too much. Then the other employee came and said it? The same is just another coupon code. I said it wasn't? I have two drinks, and you've been complaining more than I should have been. Don't you see I paid 10.26? She then grabbed $2 and pushed it into my hand and said you were going sweet and went away. Absolutely rude service and we come here all the time. Now we no longer have the feeling that we can trust them while they're on the clock.

Rrrrr first time here and I had great service and she was an eager listener as I described my drink I wanted! My almond shake was delicious! Thank you.

READ ALL THE REVIEW... Everytime I have ordered here, not exactly what I asked for. I order a chocolate shedder, with double PB. Every once a while it was right. Last time I order, same thing, barely any pb was added. Then it tasted like chocolate flavored water....It needs some better Quality Control some how... Just another of the same... and the same result. 2 sips from the straw and that was all the PB, now there is no taste. Powdered water. It's a waste of money! Back several times, to see if anything has changed. Nope. My wife went in to order for since I'm Handicap. As for 6 years, I have got the same thing. She ordered the same chocolate shredder with Peanut Butter. The PB is an add on and a extra charge. No PB was added and nothing was said about being out if they were. FRAUD!!! And was not given a receipt... 5.9.22 I had my wife order the same thing as I always do. (CHOCOLATE SHREDDER WITH PEANUT BUTTER). I Proud to say, after updating, this smoothie was Fantastic! 5?. I Proud to say they did great again with this smoothie. It was 5? good! 5.16.22 I went thru the drive thru, ordered 32oz chocolate shredder with 1 scoop of peanut butter. It's something once again. Getting thru the PB, it tastes like chocolate flavored water! 5.18.22 I went thru the drive thru. I ordered a 20oz vanilla shredder with 1 scoop of peanut butter. Again, It's something missing, like the protein blend or a different ingredient. Got thru the PB in a few sips, then it tastes like vanilla flavored water! I have reach to multiple people at different stores and corporate. Dont know what to tell ya...
