Shake Shack - Fort Worth

I recently tried the Avocado Chicken Burger for the first time on 9/9/23 and it was delicious. Our server, Erica Hernandez, was very professional and managed to stay calm during peak hours. I appreciate her ability to provide excellent customer service. I had lunch at Shake Shack on Saturday 8/12/23 with my mom and enjoyed the Avocado Bacon Burger and Fries. The burger was the perfect size and the fries were fresh and hot. Erica Hernandez was our server again and she was very pleasant. The restaurant is kid-friendly and offers vegetarian options as well. Overall, a great place to eat with excellent customer service.

I have been a vegetarian for over eight years and have never eaten any meat during that time. Unfortunately, due to a careless employee at Shake Shack, I ended up accidentally consuming a bite of beef. I ordered the veggie black bean burger and became physically ill as a result. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to Shake Shack, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The lack of care on their part was unacceptable. Despite reaching out to them, I received a refund and a $15 voucher, which does not make up for the betrayal of my vegetarian lifestyle. I will not be going back to Shake Shack, as my health and values are more important to me than a simple apology.

The burgers at this restaurant are absolutely delicious! The patty is juicy and full of flavor, with great toppings, and all at a reasonable price.

Very clean and tasty food.We were tired and dehydrated in the hot weather, found the place which is middle of action. So we had burgers and shakesAll were tasty, service was fast and they delivered it to the seat.The curly fries were hot and BBQ sauce combo were great. Strawberry lemonade and regular lemonade were good too.We finally rested and started our journey to see the rodeo show.

The menu looked pretty good with reasonable prices despite it being a touristy area. The burgers we got were awful super small, buns were coated in butter, wet chicken burger with no flavor. Definitely better off spending a little more money and going somewhere else!Pros: nice, clean restaurant area, with access to filtered water and clean bathrooms.
