Rise Fort Worth

This is an incredible soufflé restaurant. The staff is highly trained and attentive without being intrusive. They offer excellent recommendations, and the dishes coming from the kitchen are outstanding. Everything feels reminiscent of France. There’s a place in Paris called Le Souffle, located just off Rue de Rivoli in the 1st arrondissement, which we consider the best soufflé restaurant in the world. This restaurant is just as exceptional. It’s remarkable that we had to come to Fort Worth to be reminded so vividly of France. Service: Dine-in.

While the HP Rise is the OG, you can't miss impeccable service and ambience at the Ft Worth location! The wine flight is a great experience. The escargot souffle is absolutely perfect! The Mac and cheese souffle was rich and delicious and the grand Marnier dessert souffle was divine!! Anthony is an amazing server! Ask for him, he will take great care of you!!! Food: 5

We had a wonderful dining experience! Shared birthday lunch for my wife, and I, and it was nothing but delightful. We started with the sparkling bubbles flight each, and then both decided on the Prix Fixe offerings. From our savory soufflés, cauliflower brie for her, and I splurged and had the crab , both were delightful! Oops, starters were, of course, marshmallow soup for her, and the cheese plate for me! Then came desserts, pecan soufflé for her, which she could not stop raving about, and creme brulee for me. Again, just a wonderful meal, and as usual, awesome service. We'll be back soon!!

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for lunch, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The price range per person was very reasonable, around $10–20. The food was exceptional, earning a solid rating of 5 out of 5. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor, particularly the Marshmallow Soup, which I highly recommend. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a perfect score of 5. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Lastly, the atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall experience, creating a delightful and inviting environment that I would rate a perfect 5 as well. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough!
