Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Atmosphere seemed very hectic not organized at all!!! I waited in the drive thru for a total of 15 mins on empty bc I thought this was FAST food… food services times are everything!!! I will not be returning!!!

I have been a fan of Raising Cane's for some time now, but have never had a problem with any of the locations until today at this location. Today, we only wanted to order chicken only in which I purchased 10 tenders for 18.50, but they did not give me any Cane's sauce. They stated that I had to pay .45 each for it, but I just purchased 10 tenders. The only way that you can get their sauce with your orders is if you purchase a combo meal which is sad. I guess their sauce is so valuable that they have to charge for any way that they can. This might be a small deal, but it's the small things that matters. Nickel and dime you for their sauce.Kid-friendliness: Was okay. They were more concerned with the drive-thru than the front counter, but that's my first time at this location.

Everything was right on point this time. It took me all of 4 minutes to get my food, and everything was hot.

I don't really like fast food chicken usually, but this was good. It was fresh, hot and flavorful. The sauce really is as good as advertised! If you like chicken, this is a good choice!

Food took an hour to reach my location. On top of the lane arrival, I only received 4 tenders instead of 6 on my Caniac combo.
