Palio's Pizza Cafe On Tap - Fort Worth

I usually order a gluten-free pizza here without any issues, but this time was different. Both my husband and I ended up with stomach problems after eating the pizza. It seems like this place is declining, and I don't think we'll be coming back.

They had no issues placing orders in the past, but this time was a disaster. I ordered a large pizza and a large cheese bread at 6:30 PM, and we didn't receive our order until 8:30 PM. I tried to find out what was going on, but they just let the phone ring. After waiting 15 minutes, someone picked up the phone and hung up without saying a word. Customer service was completely absent tonight, and to top it all off, our cheese bread was missing cheese! Half of it didn’t have any cheese at all. Seriously?

This is a fantastic spot for a lovely dinner. I've been here several times for both dining in and takeout. However, I would suggest that they use separate pizza cutters for meat and vegetarian pizzas. I found a piece of pepperoni on my pizza and another in the entire pie, which was really off-putting. That’s one reason I usually avoid meat on my pizza. Other than that, you can't go wrong; the pizzas are well-cooked and usually taste amazing. Plus, the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

This place was great, the atmosphere was very nice and cool. The food wasn't as great as I was hoping, but not bad. Great deals. Definitely recommend her Ceasar Salad

So a few weeks ago we ordered several pizzas and wings. They were great. Yesterday we ordered wings and spaghetti, again great. But I will shout out the spaghetti because the veggies were fresh and the flavor was great. I usually make my sauce/gravy from scratch so I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly impressed.
