The food was picture perfect as I saw on the menu on line, fruit was fresh and best biscuits and gravy I?ve had in a very long time. I will definitely be back again and will bring family and friends. ????????????????????????????????
My wife and I are never disappointed when we dine at My Cafe. The meal selections are so fresh and healthy. Here are a few suggestions: Avocado Toast Sunny Side-up Eggs served with a side of Fresh Mixed Berries. How about the 5-Grain Quinoa Bowl topped with Fluffy Scrambled Eggs and garnished with Freshly Sliced Avocado (and for those with lactose concerns skip the cheese. Lastly, to lightly appease your palette a Cup of Gourmet Coffee served at just the right temperature. Sure, there are dozens of other eateries on the westside of I-35W in Northwest Tarrant County. However, nothing captures savory farm-to-table freshness like the culinary fare and friendly service at My Cafe.
After a few disappointing experiences at other restaurants this weekend, My Cafe truly came through for us! The staff was amazing, and the food options were so tempting that we found ourselves wanting to try everything on the menu. I left feeling completely satisfied! We were so eager to dig into the Alaskan waffle that we could barely snap a picture before diving in. It was incredible! We will definitely be returning! My family often travels long distances for good food, and this place has restored our faith. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!
This restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’ve visited three times and have never been let down. Even though I’m not usually a big fan of breakfast food, I absolutely love My Cafe!
We tried a few items: 1. Chia Pudding with PB Toast, 2. Veggie Benedict, 3. The Works Bowl, and 4. Fresh Squeezed OJ. 1. The Chia Pudding with PB Toast was the highlight of our meal. The portion was generous, and the pudding itself was delicious, made with coconut milk. However, the peanut butter toast could have used a bit more peanut butter, although it was still tasty. 2. The Veggie Benedict was a fun concept with decent flavors, but it arrived a bit messy on the plate. I had to rearrange it to get the spinach onto the muffin, and the half avocado was sliced and placed randomly on the plate—it would have been better if it had been added directly to the muffins. The muffin itself was more like thick bread than a true English muffin, which was concerning as it didn’t break down or get soggy. The chipotle hollandaise sauce was tasty, though. 3. The Works Bowl was good in terms of presentation and portion size. It was hard to go wrong, and it tasted as expected—nothing spectacular, but enjoyable. The pancakes were decent; again, they delivered what I anticipated, but nothing particularly noteworthy. 4. The Fresh Squeezed OJ was good, though I wouldn’t say it was worth the $4.50 price tag, but it was enjoyable nonetheless. Overall, I would rate the experience a 4.5 if I could. This is primarily due to the issues mentioned above and the fact that the server, while very friendly, didn’t have much knowledge of the menu when I asked questions, like whether spirulina was used in the chia pudding or if there was any dairy in the hollandaise. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did detract a little from the overall experience. Would I return? Possibly, for the Chia Pudding and to try the Avocado Toasts. Overall, I believe you’ll likely find something you enjoy if you’re looking for a brunch spot. God bless!
