You must try the Mexican hamburger—it’s fantastic! Plus, there’s plenty of parking available. The iced tea is nice and cold, too.

My menudo was delicious, but I wish it had more hominy. I've heard some people complain about not having enough meat, but I'm definitely more of a hominy person.

Five stars of the way the place is authentic this is real Mexican food.

I've been on a little quest to find some great tacos and enchiladas that remind me of the places I used to eat in Chicago, and I think I've finally found it! It's conveniently located just outside the Stockyards area, right near where I live. I ordered the lunch special, which included chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce, served with rice and refried beans (which were a bit bland), and four corn shell tacos (two chicken, one barbacoa, and one beef fajita). Despite the bland rice and beans, the rest of my meal was absolutely delicious—I couldn't help but swing my legs and hum happily! The prices are reasonable (I'm on a bit of a budget), and even though I got my food to go, there is seating available. The place is clean, with plastic covers on colorful tablecloths, and both booths and tables are offered. I'm definitely going back! Yes, I will be returning!

I've been to Los Paisanos multiple times and have consistently enjoyed both the food and the service. The restaurant is a bit tucked away among other businesses on North Main Street, and while the parking lot behind the restaurant is limited, there is some additional parking available nearby.
