Little Caesars Pizza - Fort Worth

I decided to place an order and patiently waited. While waiting, I noticed more people coming in and some of them were served immediately. To my surprise, some customers received their pizza within 2 minutes of ordering. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and as more customers arrived for their pepperoni pizzas, they were served before me. Eventually, an older gentleman approached me and asked for my order. Although I wasn't upset about him forgetting my order, I found it amusing that the restaurant was so disorganized, prioritizing new orders over old ones. I left without saying anything, understanding why no one would want to work there. 0/10.

The manager was impolite. I informed them that an item was missing from my order when I picked it up, and they told me I couldn't have it. It appears that they do not want to be working here.

The staff members were rude and even became upset when I added extra items. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Bad service, did not get what we ordered and what we ordered was a sweat. the best is not her best, it was her worst. customer service sucked and the employees used speeches that I am glad we were not with my children. very recommend to go to another place.
