Kfc - Fort Worth

Went through the drive thru for a quick meal. Ordered the chicken sandwich and sure enough it was not fried to order. I was immediately handed the sandwich after I payed nearly 6 dollars for it. I get home and sure enough not fresh and bread was stale. Im certain if everything was fresh the sandwich would be great.

This is a Horrible KFC the one near is terrible also, but the Hulen St Location is the Rudest, Most Unprofessional Restaurant You will ever See, I’ve been verbally attacked treated with Blatant Disrespect Too Many Times to Count! It will be My Last Time Going to the Hulen KFC I really wish Corporate knew the Shocking Heinous Mis-Treatment of Customers Consistently Year after Year~ ??For Shame!

The lady that took my order was very pleasant but did not have any help. I got no receipt because of no paper in the cash register. Get her some help.

They never have chicken ready. If by some miracle they do, it 's so dry you can 't eat it. I asked for 3 breaststroke and the lady in the drive through said I can 't have that. Even if paying extra. The building got a face-lift but the food is still not good.

They had no original white meat chicken ready several of us were Bus Drivers couldn't wait 15 mins for they to prepare chicken anyway we were not informed until they went to prepare our box it was horrible, I had to get back to work as did the other School bus drivers for pm routes , and so I settled for dark meat fried chicken it was old dried out had to throw it out for the strays settled for some cheese crackers I had the bus barn . That was a horrible experience that day. Another driver there was saying, saying how she had stop they the Chicken was so delicious, she had returned for more, she also wanted Original white in which we didn't get , Unhappy How they gonna be outta Original Recipe lunch time??????? $9 down the drain.
