Jack In The Box - Fort Worth

We waited in the line of cars at the drive-thru only to realize that no one was there. We spent about 5 minutes at the intercom before we drove away. I dislike Jack in the Box, at least the lights were turned off so people would know.

You sound like every other reviewer. You say "thank you for letting me know," but nothing changes. I read other reviews and it seems you give the same response to everyone. If you truly want to improve, I suggest addressing issues like mine on a Sunday night. As it stands, I would not recommend dining at this restaurant.

Fucn jack n the box in the city nobody wants to never work that eating is not good. if you are not open atleast have a sign in the thru-menu running gear only havin people sitting there to order them system always down at 8pm and they close at 12 o'clock or take to open 24/7. it happened before covid. they disobey as **** no maniacs rude like the hell to the customers and it's been serious for 8 years, just closing the dam shop like huhn express turns into something else. they literally make that they want to hurt them. cooperation does not even care to fix the problem.

Wanted some tacos at 10:30pm and when I get there, there is a car blocking the drive-thru and it looked like it was done on purpose. Every time I visit this location it's always something wrong, either the ice cream machine is down or its burgers only or it's close when it says it's open 24 hours.

I visited here a few times late at night, because I work the night shift. Most places' night staff is not so good and I usually expect mundane workers at fast food places in general BUT, the man that works the night shift at this location is AMAZING. He's a hispanic dude and I wanna say his name was Juan, but I can't really remember. It was a few weeks ago, but I was just thinking about him because not a lot of customer service is as good as his. Fast wait time, no mess-ups on the order, and he's VERY sociable and friendly. Made me feel super welcome and put me in a better mood, honestly. Thanks man, sorry if I messed up your name.
