That particular combo wasn't on the menu, but no problem! The person taking my order was so nice, accomodating, and helpful. The mimosas were really good too. I will be back!
My wife and I have been going to Chimera since before it was Chimera. And since before she was my wife. We've never had a bad experience, and we've never had a bad beer. I someday dream of starting my own pub, and Chimera is the model for how I'd like my place to be. We've tried all the food but now never stray from the Brie and Speck pizza with mushrooms. In fact, we named our new kittens Brie and Speck.
Just went there for the 1st time and loved everything about it. I had a flight of beers and they were all delicious and well-crafted. The pizza was amazing as well. I had a supreme and I asked to put 'all the veggies ' on it. They put thinly-sliced zucchinis on the top. Never had zucchinis on pizza but now I 'm going to seek out out. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. A great experience.
The food here is fantastic and very reasonably priced. Great and friendly service from Jennifer Mike. Mini calzone appetizers were not so mini and spoiled my wife’s lunch appetite, but were the most flavorful calzones we ever had. My Tuscan salad was fantastic too. We will be back for the H bomb pizza. Try this place out. Great atmosphere and incredible food. Great for lunch too!
Coming from Michigan I am spoiled with a great variety of qualitu beer. This place has great beer and they were super friendly! Matt the Brewer sat down with me and had a couple beers, we were lucky it was slow at the time we were there. It was a great time and stop I will suggest to anyone in Fort Worth Texas
