Firehouse Subs Western Center

Last time I went there there was actually smoke, and I was actually worried about it for a second.. but where there is smoke, there is fire and I have never left this place without thinking that the firehouse subs of the beef and cheddar is hands down the best sub I've ever had so much so that I've never ever tried any other sub even though they look amazing because I know if I get the smokehouse beef and cheddar it will be every time

The food is good, but they are never on time with online orders.

The meatball sub was gross. Too much seasoning/spice. Not ‘hot’ just a spice that didn’t agree with me. It looked delicious

This place tends to be empty everytime I come in which is often since this is the closest to my house. There are always 3 people working on the weekends. They seem to be on the younger side which is expected, however, they lack customer service. They do not greet you when coming or going and all look as if they do not want to work My food has always been what I ordered so that's why the review is so high.

Everything was correct, but the lettuce in the salad we ordered was bad. Never had this issue before, so we will return! Expensive for what you get as well.
