Firehouse Subs Alliance Town Center

I ordered two sandwiches: a small club on wheat and a medium beef and brisket. It was evident that the staff working today wasn't cooperating well, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere noticeable to customers. I observed a young man managing the register while attempting to assist an older woman with making sandwiches. Unfortunately, she was quite rude to him, even raising her hand in his face in front of everyone in the restaurant. I couldn't see behind the counter, but it was clear that she was disorganized. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for just two sandwiches. The older woman seems to run tense shifts on her own and shouldn't be managing them by herself.

Last order i specifically said no pickles yet they put them on my sandwich!! how stupid do you have to be to not read?! learn to read and do your fucking job! idiot employees

If you want a sweet meat Italian sandwich this is the stop for you. Mildly warmed tasteless Mac cheese with bird food crumble on the top. The only thing that was mildly tasty was the bag of chips.

Love their subs. The #12 is the bomb. Melts in your mouth. I definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a try.

Idk why they are so stingy with sauce on sandwiches order the brisket sandwich with sweet baby rays literally had a 2 dots of sauce on whole thing. Same with the Jamaican jerk turkey don't taste a hint of seasoning or the mustard.
