Eddie V's Prime Seafood - Fort Worth

I visited this restaurant with my coworkers last Friday and left very satisfied. The photos may not do the food justice as I started eating before remembering to take pictures, but the meal was incredibly delicious and exceeded my expectations for a seafood/steakhouse. I ordered the bone-in New York strip cooked medium, and it was flavorful and cooked to perfection. It was the best steak I've had in Texas or any steakhouse for that matter. The corn was fresh and sweet, and my colleagues enjoyed their shrimp and other side dishes. The dessert was a highlight as well, with one of my colleagues ordering a dish that came with flames (see picture). The crème brûlée was absolutely amazing and generously portioned for sharing. Our server, although I unfortunately don't recall his name, was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. This restaurant is ideal for group gatherings, dates, birthdays, and other special occasions.

We visit this restaurant at least twice a month, sometimes more. We prefer to sit at the bar. However, our recent experiences have been disappointing - the bread is cold, the food is lukewarm, the service is terrible, and we find it unnecessary to pay for valet parking. They also take up all the parking spots on both sides of the street, including in front of other nearby restaurants. In our opinion, this restaurant is overrated and overpriced.
