Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fort Worth

Nice clean atmosphere. Great customer service. Unfortunately, as with all Chipotle restaurants, they are always in a hurry. It just gives me anxiety.

The food was good as always, the customer service though was not that great. But I guess that's just an issue with fast food these days.

I have been to this location multiple times, inside and express lane. Great fast service and the food is great!

I don't think I've eaten at Chipotle before....if I did, then I don't remember it amd this would be my first time. Had the Pollo asado burrito bowl on brown rice, tofu, black beans, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce. It was SO big!.... But i ate it all! The chicken was a bit dry and salty, so I think i will pick a different protein next time. Will definitely eat at Chipotle again.

Beware the guacamole upcharge especially for tacos! I just got stuck paying $18 for three tacos. At the register I was baffled so I asked if they had the right order. It turns out that they charged me $2.55 for EACH dollop of guacamole I almost paid more for three scoops of guacamole than the meal itself. They also never told me there would be an upcharge in the first place. I felt robbed and wanted to walk away on the spot. The food was good, but I definitely will not be getting guacamole on tacos again.
