In fact, there was a guy ahead of me, waiting for his to-go order to be completed, and 5 people lined up placing orders. They were busy!!! I had to wait a few minutes for my order to be made. But, the restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly and were working hard. My food is fresh and yummy. I come to this location often, and this is always the case. Five stars from me! This is a nice location, every time I’ve patronized I’ve received great food with good customer service to match. I was actually in line behind the customer that gave the previous review. I’ve been checking back and forth waiting to see if she would leave a review since I witnessed the whole ordeal. There are quite a few younger workers at this location, but none the less they are trying to work and I give credit where credit is due. Fast food workers deserve kindness the same way a ceo of a major company does. In this case, they didn’t do anything wrong and was trying to accommodate the best way possible. Kindness goes a long way also when you’re kind it is reciprocated.
This store has gone down the drain. No longer giving them my business. Constantly out of items. And I've now had 5 out of 5 attempts of coming in to order food and they've got the store closed and only doing mobile orders. They'll make food for you if you sit out and your car and order but won't let you come in the store. The other reviews are right this is a dirty location, and rather than clean it they just won't open the store. Not even going to attempt to get food here anymore. If they don't want to keep the store open they soon won't have one. Don't waste your time here there's 2 other Chipotle not far from here. Terrible management
Well that was an experience. There was 3 employees working on a Saturday at lunchtime; obviously short staffed. Not their fault but we never saw a manager present. Low on most everything. Line to the door. I felt bad for the employees that were busting it to try and keep up.Probably time for some new management at this location.Bathroom was unusable. Eeeek.
I won't blame the young lady who was serving , I WILL HOLD MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTABLE . I could visibly see that she was overwhelmed when I came in to pick up my online order. There was a line of people others still coming in mind you this is about 15 min prior to close 3 people including myself to pick up online orders. I waited about 7 min before I went to the counter asked about online orders because I could see 3 bags on the counter. She stated she's the only one working and she's doing as best she can. I cannot fault her for poor management. She was very calm courteous when she conveyed this. Clearly overworked, I am sure she's underpaid but I will say this, ease up on the servings. This is way too much guacamole and I saw the same thing on a customer who was being rang up. I got my food, both items were cold. How do you leave your employees insufficient help in an up coming, extremely busy area on let alone a night that football is on?! People are more than likely NOT cooking. Management needs to be overhauled at this point because this is unacceptable for customers and the employees.
